The earliest known (silent) western clocks in at around 10 mins. Men rob a train, they shoot at a guys feet to make him dance and they're finally shot. It ends with a gun firing out at the audience. Pretty revolutionary stuff. In b/w. With Gilbert M. "Broncho Billy" Anderson. It was remade the following year.
