EXPOSE (the house on straw hill; trauma) (1975 U.K.) D/W: JAMES KENELM CLARKE P: BRIAN SMEDLEY-ASTON
Succesful novelist Udo Kier hires Linda Hayden (from THE BLOOD ON SATAN`S CLAW) as his secretary/typist/assisstant while staying at a remote cottage in the country. He has confusing, violent flashbacks and can`t have sex without wearing rubber gloves. She masturbates, tries to influence what he`s writing and kills a couple of would-be rapists in a cornfield. A surprise ending reveals her true motives in this pretty good erotic thriller (of sorts) that became a "video nasty" in the U.K. With Karl Howman. Clarke usually made lighter sex comedies like LET`S GET LAID.
