Buck (and his sidekick Buddy) are frozen by an experimental gas after their airship crashes, and awake 5000 years later. They go to Saturn to fight Killer Kane (Anthony Warde) and electronically controlled zombie-like creatures called Zuggs. With Reed Howes, Wheeler Oakman, Stanley Price, David Sharpe, Carleton Young, Eddie Parker, John Harmon, C. Montague Shaw, William Gould, Henry Brandon, Jack Mulhall, Guy Usher, Ray Barcroft, Lane Chandler, Kenne Duncan and Karl Hackett. Condensed feature versions (released in the 50's) are PLANET OUTLAWS and DESTINATION SATURN. Nowlan`s creation returned to the small screen in 1979 with BUCK ROGERS IN THE 25TH CENTURY.
