Florinda Bolkan is a wealthy London socialite who has dreams of murdering the decadent woman next door who's sex and drug parties disgust and fascinate her. When the woman does turn up dead the police obviously consider Bolkan a prime suspect. Pretty good giallo moves at a swift pace, has some real nail biting moments of suspense and some fantastic hallucination/dream sequences designed by Carlo Rambaldi (including the infamous dissected dogs that almost landed Fulci in jail). With Stanley Baker, Jean Sorel, Alberto De Mendoza, Georges Rigaud, Luigi Antonio Guerra and Fulci. Ennio Morricone provides the score. After you see this you should watch Bolkan in Fulci's classic DON'T TORTURE A DUCKLING made the following year.
